Get off the GLP
Without Regaining the Weight

The hardest part of GLP weight loss isn’t losing the weight...
It’s getting off the medication without gaining it back

Watch this 10-minute breakdown before you stop your GLP medication.

In control of hunger, blood sugar, and metabolism in 16 weeks.

The 16-week program is long enough to stabilize your body and habits — and short enough to feel fast, decisive, and finite.

After 16 weeks, success looks like...

Fear and Uncertainty Dominate your Thoughts

All you hear are statistics about how 60-80% of women regain all the weight within a year.

If you stop the shot without a plan, here is what you can expect:

With the right support, you can Stop the Shot without regaining the weight.

You do not need to become a weight regain statistic.

You Overcome Fear
by being Prepared

My clients succeed because we stabilize the variables that actually drive regain before the final dose:

This is not motivation. It’s engineered stability.

This is for you if:

You’ve succeeded on a GLP and refuse to repeat the cycle

You want a controlled transition, not trial-and-error

You value structure, privacy, and precision

You are planning to stop within the next 60 days

You are comfortable investing $4,997 to protect the results you already earned

If you’re still undecided about getting off, this is not the right step yet.

Success Happens in 4 Critical Weeks

These are the 2 weeks before and the 2 weeks after your last shot

The 4 critical weeks are the focus of the full 16-week Get Off & Keep it Off program.

Private. Structured. Finite.

I work privately with a limited number of women at a time to ensure precision oversight during transition.

Applications are reviewed individually.

Currently accepting up to 5 private clients for this cycle.

The 16-Week Private GLP Exit Protocol is $4,997

This is the cost of doing it once — so you don’t pay for regain later (in frustration, time, and starting over).

You’ll complete a brief readiness review and schedule a focused 20-minute call.

Welcome!

I know what it’s like to lose the weight and then quietly wonder if the side effects are just something you’re supposed to accept. The nausea. The heartburn. The bloating and digestive issues. The way food feels different. And eventually, that question starts to form: What happens if I don’t want to stay on this forever? I’ve been there, and I know how unsettling that thought can feel when no one is really talking about it.

I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, but more importantly, I’m someone who has successfully transitioned off GLP-1s using the Get Off & Keep it Off approach. I didn’t do it by forcing willpower or going back to restrictive methods. I did it thoughtfully, with support, and in a way that protected the progress I had worked so hard for. That’s why I care so deeply about teaching this.

If you join me, you won’t be pushed, shamed, or overwhelmed. I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on, celebrating all the little wins that actually do matter, and helping you rebuild confidence and trust step by step. This isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about feeling supported, capable, and safe as you move forward.
