You didn’t lose the weight by accident.
And you don’t need to live on the meds with all their side effects to keep it off.
There is more room here than you’ve been told.
After you’ve seen the training you can begin to Get Off & Keep it Off as a Founding Member.
Because everywhere you look, it feels like the same message:
Stay on the medication.
Or stop and regain everything.
If staying on the medication forever doesn’t feel right, and stopping without a plan feels reckless, what are you actually supposed to do next?
If that’s the box you’re stuck in, watch the replay above.
There is a controlled exit from your GLP-1 that won’t undo the progress you’ve worked so hard for
or force you back into restrictive, unsustainable weight-loss methods.
If you’ve even thought about stopping,
your mind has probably raced ahead to worst-case scenarios.
For women who are afraid their only options are to stay on GLP-1 forever or to gain the weight back.
I know what it’s like to lose the weight and then quietly wonder if the side effects are just something you’re supposed to accept. The nausea. The heartburn. The bloating and digestive issues. The way food feels different. And eventually, that question starts to form: What happens if I don’t want to stay on this forever? I’ve been there, and I know how unsettling that thought can feel when no one is really talking about it.
I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, but more importantly, I’m someone who has successfully transitioned off GLP-1s using the Get Off & Keep it Off approach. I didn’t do it by forcing willpower or going back to restrictive methods. I did it thoughtfully, with support, and in a way that protected the progress I had worked so hard for. That’s why I care so deeply about teaching this.
If you join me, you won’t be pushed, shamed, or overwhelmed. I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on, celebrating all the little wins that actually do matter, and helping you rebuild confidence and trust step by step. This isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about feeling supported, capable, and safe as you move forward.
